And honestly, if you can’t build your business part-time, then you won’t be able to build your business full-time.

Tip 1. Get Up An Hour Earlier Or Stay Up An Hour Later. If you’re short on time during the day, get up earlier or stay up later to work on your business. Use this quiet time to focus without distractions to work on your marketing, create a piece of content or map out your goals with a daily method of operation (DMO). If needed, you can also set a timer and do a Power Hour of blocked out tasks to get more done in a short amount of time.
Tip 2. Talk to More People. If you’re not meeting new people everyday, you must start doing this. Build relationships. Build your network. Social media is a network marketer’s dream because there are billions of people online and many of them are looking for what you have, you just need to find them and connect with them. Your goal is to make new friends every day and build your network because without people, you won’t have a business. Even if someone doesn’t buy from you, they may be connected to someone who does. So don’t rule out the people who want to get to know you but aren’t interested in what you have to offer. They may know your next business builder or refer you your next loyal customer!
Tip 3. Create One Piece Of Content Per Day. The best way to help you leverage your time is with smart marketing using content. Some examples of content could be a video on Facebook Live about something you learned, writing a blog post sharing some tips you learned on a training webinar, making an infographic sharing how to use your product, or share some inspirational quotes on social media. If you don’t have to blog yet, I highly recommend it, especially if you’re going to be building your business long-term because I believe blogging is the fastest way to build credibility and authority online. Your blog also helps you leverage your time because it is always online even when you’re not so you’re not trying to be everywhere all at the same time. Remember that you’re building an audience with your marketing and so your number 1 goal is to let people know you exist by getting your name and face out there. Remember people are leery of strangers on the internet so break down by creating content that helps people get to know you and develop that know, like and trust factor.

Tip 4. Personal Development. You need to be working on your mindset every day. This is my favorite topic and I could go on and on all day about it! Really, you need to be taking time every day to work on your mindset. Without the right mindset and attitude, it’s very easy to slip into old habits that aren’t serving you or your business. It’s easy not to do the income producing activities. And if you spend the time really developing a vision of what you want your future life to look like. that vision will help pull you through the obstacles and push past the struggles that are guaranteed to come up in your business and family life. If there is one thing you do everyday and nothing else, you need to spend time on YOU! Because I’m a stay at home parent, I like to multi-task my personal development audios when I’m doing mundane housework or cooking dinner. If you’re working a full time job you can still work your personal development into your daily routine by listening to audios while you’re commuting to work or on your lunch break. Turn your car into a rolling library. Doesn’t matter how you do it, just do it.
